Mark Dioguardi
Mark Dioguardi is an attorney admitted to the State Bars of California and Arizona, with
degrees from Stanford University and Arizona State University School of Law. He has
managed over $4 billion in real estate and venture capital transactions, including the
redevelopment of a downtown Phoenix block for a hotel, the creation and licensing of a
national bank, and securing $13.5 million in city-backed loans for the “Legend Trail” golf community. He has also formed water and sewer companies for master-planned communities and negotiated with the U.S. Corps of Engineers to remove property from flood plains. Beyond legal work, Mark has served as Chairman of the Board of a national bank, Chairman of Friends of Public Radio, on the Board of Habitat for Humanity, and has run for the U.S. Congress.
William W. Ravin
William W. Ravin is a graduate of the School of Law at the University of California, Los Angeles. His practice is limited to business matters, primarily involving companies (e.g., corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships), their management, and duties owed by the constituents to the companies and each other.
